The Bird Dog is a simple exercise to assist in reducing chronic lower back pain and help strengthen the often neglected postural and stability muscles in the back, like the spinal erectors, and the assisting abdominal muscles.
At Living Well Medical we design an integrated program combining chiropractic, physical therapy, and exercise to help our patients recover faster and stay pain free longer.
